EmployersAll matters pertaining to terminating access for your organization and receiving a refund are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions in the contract entered into between your organization and EqualityMD. Contact us to manage your organization's membership.IndividualsEqualityMD's refund policy is subject upon request. Contact us if you would like a refund and we will refund you if we're able. Membership fees will not be refunded under any circumstances if EqualityMD terminates your membership due to a violation of the Membership Agreement, our Terms of Service, or our Privacy Policy.

EmployersYour membership will start as soon as your organization signs a contract with EqualityMD.Membership terms, as well as all other terms regarding your organization's use of our services, will be included in the contract between your organization and EqualityMD.IndividualsSee the Membership Agreement on our website for more information.
