Our telehealth platform addresses social determinants of health (SDoH), like a person's employment status, race, and ZIP code, as well as other factors that may contribute to inequitable care delivery and poor health outcomes, like sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI).

Reduced monthly membership dues for groups are based on the number of members an organization enrolls.
Even without our group discounts, our membership dues are notably less than in-person care for insured & uninsured patients.
